Include your platform, the approximate time, the screen involved and a short description. Never send your password, OTP, PIN, CVV, full payment credentials or confidential work notes.
Notifications and reminders
Your Follow-up reminder remains saved even when notifications are off. In Settings, Notifications on this device is ON only when permission, provider token, SaathKaam device registration and runtime delivery are all ready. If notifications are blocked, allow SaathKaam in your browser or device settings and try again.
Web payment verification
Return to Settings → Access and choose Check again. A browser return is not authoritative; access changes only after trusted payment-provider verification or reconciliation. Current monthly and annual Payment Gateway purchases are one-time access purchases renewed manually.
Password or verification email
Use Account and recovery to resend verification, refresh status, change email or request a password reset. Firebase Auth email is separate from SaathKaam transactional notification delivery.
