Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you start
SaathKaam is small by design. These answers explain what it does, how account access works and how paid access and Web payments work.
What is SaathKaam?
A focused client open-loop companion for inputs, approvals, revisions, promises, next contacts and payment follow-up references.
Who is it for?
Freelancers, consultants, accountants, small agencies and other service professionals who handle several small client commitments.
Is SaathKaam a CRM or project manager?
No. It deliberately avoids sales pipelines, project boards, team workload planning, invoicing, file storage and client chat.
What do My turn and Client’s turn mean?
They show who needs to make the next move. Switch the turn whenever responsibility changes.
Can I add more than one note to an item?
Yes. Keep the initial context and add timestamped progress notes as the item changes. Notes remain with Done and reopened items.
Can I track payment follow-ups?
Yes, as a private reminder/reference. SaathKaam does not issue invoices or collect money from your clients.
What happens when notifications are off?
Your follow-up date and reminder intent are still saved. Notification delivery may be unavailable, but due work remains visible in the app.
What does Snooze do?
It moves the next follow-up date while keeping the item open, its type, responsibility and history unchanged.
Can I reopen a completed item?
Yes. Completed items stay searchable and can be reopened when the same loop genuinely becomes active again.
Why should I verify my email?
Verification protects account recovery and is required before starting a new paid Web access purchase. Ordinary first use is not blocked.
What if I forget my password?
Use Forgot password. SaathKaam shows the same privacy-safe confirmation whether or not the address is registered.
Can I use SaathKaam on Web and Android?
The Web app is available now. The Android client is designed to use the same protected account and backend data; public store availability is shown only after release.
Is the 30-day trial per device?
No. It is one account-level trial for an eligible new account.
If I purchase access on Web, must I pay again on Android?
Android recognizes valid access attached to the same SaathKaam account. Android is consumption-only and contains no purchase path.
Why can checkout return while paid access is not active?
A browser return is not authoritative. Paid access starts only after trusted Cashfree payment verification or provider reconciliation confirms the purchase.
How do I cancel?
Current Payment Gateway purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring mandate to cancel. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for refund eligibility.
Does account deletion cancel or refund a payment?
No. Account deletion, payment refunds and access expiry are separate. Resolve any payment or refund request before deleting the account.
