How it works

From “I must remember” to a clear next move

SaathKaam stays intentionally simple. Follow the same small loop for every client item.

Create or protect your account

Use the Web app immediately. Verify your email to secure recovery and, when needed, purchase a paid access period on Web.

Add a client reference

Store only the lightweight label you need to group follow-ups.

Capture what is pending

Choose the type, My turn or Client’s turn, and an optional date/reminder.

Update it as work moves

Add timestamped progress notes, record outcomes or switch responsibility.

Snooze when more time is needed

Move the next follow-up date without closing the item or losing context.

Mark Done

The item and its notes move to searchable completed history.

Undo or reopen

Undo immediately after closing, or reopen later when the same loop becomes active.

Use the same account

Supported SaathKaam clients use the same protected account, follow-up data and access state.

Example: File Income Tax Returns

Initial context
Waiting for two investment statements.
Progress update
One statement received. Client will send the other tomorrow.
Progress update
All records received; return draft prepared.
Completed
Client approved filing and the loop was marked Done.

Notifications are optional

A follow-up date and reminder intent are saved even when browser or device notification permission is off. SaathKaam still highlights due and overdue work in the app.

Progress notes are append-only

New information is recorded as a new timestamped note instead of silently rewriting earlier history.

Try the full flow with one real client loop.
