Account deletion

Delete your SaathKaam account and cloud data

SaathKaam is a product of CreatorGraph AI. In SaathKaam, open Settings → Account and data → Delete account and cloud data, read the confirmation and type the requested confirmation word.

Before deletion

• Export your data if you want a personal copy.
• Review any payment/refund request separately.
• Understand that deletion removes client/open-loop workspace data and cannot be undone.

Payments and deletion are separate

Deleting an account does not cancel, reverse or refund a Cashfree payment. Current Payment Gateway access purchases do not auto-renew. Use the Cancellation and Refund Policy for payment questions before deleting the account.

What may be retained

Limited provider, billing, refund, security, audit, tax, dispute or legal records may be retained where necessary. They are kept outside the ordinary client workspace.
