SaathKaam terms of use

SaathKaam is a product of CreatorGraph AI and is developed and operated by CreatorGraph AI. SaathKaam is published by Revathi Donthireddy. By using SaathKaam, you agree to use this digital service lawfully and keep your account secure.

Product scope and delivery

SaathKaam is a digital client follow-up companion. It does not ship physical goods and is not accounting, invoicing, legal, tax, payment-collection, project-management or CRM advice/software.

Your account, trial and content

Eligible new accounts may receive one 30-day account-level trial. You are responsible for the information you enter and for having a lawful reason to store it. Avoid unnecessary sensitive personal, financial or confidential information.

Client payment follow-up references

An optional amount is only your private operational reference. It is separate from the fee you pay for SaathKaam and does not cause SaathKaam to invoice or collect money from your clients.

Current Web purchase model

Current prices are ₹39 for one monthly access period and ₹365 for one annual access period. New paid access is acquired on Web through Cashfree Payment Gateway. Each current Payment Gateway purchase is a one-time, manual-renewal access purchase; it is not an auto-renewing subscription. Android is consumption-only and contains no purchase path.

Future recurring mode

Cashfree recurring Subscription capability may be offered only if CreatorGraph AI later activates and configures it. Until then, recurring authorization, automatic renewal and recurring cancellation are not part of the current production purchase model.

Payment and entitlement authority

Cashfree processes the payment. Payment authorization or a successful browser return does not itself grant access. SaathKaam's trusted backend, verified webhook evidence and provider reconciliation are authoritative. Exact amount, currency, account, environment and payment state must match before access changes.

Access, expiry and suspension

Paid access begins and ends according to the verified access period. At expiry, paid creation/mutation features may be restricted while permitted read/export/account controls remain available. SaathKaam may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud, abuse, legal compliance or material breach.

Refunds and reconstruction

Self-service refund eligibility exists only before a purchased access period starts. After it starts, contact Support for discretionary consideration. A verified full refund removes only that purchase's contribution and SaathKaam reconstructs access from every other valid paid period; billing history is preserved.

Account deletion and payment records

Account deletion is separate from payment cancellation or refund. Deletion does not reverse a Cashfree payment, and limited billing, refund, security, tax, audit or dispute records may be retained where required.

Partner Program

The Partner Program is governed separately by the Partner Terms. Partner applications, attribution, commission and payouts remain subject to their specific eligibility and activation gates.

Availability and changes

SaathKaam may be updated, interrupted or changed to maintain reliability, security, legal compliance and its focused scope. Material terms changes will be published prospectively.
