SaathKaam Partner Terms

Version 1.0 · effective 12 August 2026

Standard payout threshold

₹1,000 of eligible available commission, subject to holds, tax/compliance checks and approval.

1. Eligibility and approval

The Program is currently intended for eligible India-based participants approved by SaathKaam. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. SaathKaam may request additional information and may approve, reject, suspend or terminate participation in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. Partner account and accurate information

The Partner must use its own authorized SaathKaam account, keep application, contact, tax, KYC and payout information accurate, and protect account access. A Partner must not impersonate another person or business or submit misleading information.

3. Responsible promotion

The Partner must promote SaathKaam truthfully and lawfully. The Partner must not make misleading product, pricing, income or performance claims; use spam, deceptive advertising, malware, forced redirects or unauthorized incentives; bid on or misuse SaathKaam trademarks in a misleading way; or represent that the Partner is an employee, agent or legal representative of SaathKaam unless separately authorized in writing.

4. Qualifying referrals

A referral may qualify only when SaathKaam's trusted records show that the customer is genuinely new, the referral attribution is valid, the customer is not the Partner or an ineligible related/self-referral, and a qualifying paid access charge is successfully verified. Clicks, account creation, trial activation, payment authorization or a provider-side payment status alone do not create commission.

The standard referral attribution window is 30 days. Where multiple eligible Partner touches precede account creation, the last eligible touch controls. Attribution is locked once at account creation and is not silently overwritten; any approved correction is preserved as a separate audited adjustment. The standard first-paid conversion deadline is 90 days from the referred customer's account creation. SaathKaam's backend records control eligibility where there is a discrepancy.

5. Existing customers, self-referrals and abuse

Existing SaathKaam customers, self-referrals, duplicate or manipulated accounts, fraudulent transactions and referrals generated primarily to obtain commission are not eligible. SaathKaam may investigate suspicious activity and may hold, reject or reverse associated commission.

6. Commission tiers

Tier changes are prospective and are determined using SaathKaam's qualifying-referral records and current tier policy. Any applicable downgrade protection or transition period is determined by the Program configuration in force for the relevant period.

7. Commission period and calculation

For a qualifying referred customer, eligible commission is calculated on the commissionable verified paid access amount recognized by SaathKaam under the applicable policy, for a maximum of the first 12 calendar months after that customer’s first qualifying purchase. Taxes, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, pass-through amounts and other non-commissionable components may be excluded or adjusted as required by the applicable accounting policy and law.

8. Holds, refunds and reversals

Eligible commission normally progresses from HELD to AVAILABLE and then PAID. It may remain held for a standard period of 30 days or longer where reasonably required for payment settlement, fraud review, refunds, disputes or compliance. If an underlying customer payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, found ineligible or otherwise unwound, SaathKaam creates a visible corresponding commission reversal or adjustment. Historical ledger evidence is preserved rather than silently deleted.

9. Payouts

The standard payout threshold is ₹1,000 of eligible available commission. Payout also requires applicable identity/KYC, tax, beneficiary and payout-provider requirements to be complete. For the initial launch, payouts are prepared and approved manually using separated Admin/Finance maker-checker controls. Automatic payouts are not enabled unless SaathKaam later announces and authorizes them. A later refund never rewrites a completed payout; it creates a visible recovery balance that offsets future eligible earnings.

10. Taxes and records

The Partner is responsible for providing accurate tax and compliance information and for its own tax obligations. SaathKaam may apply withholding, reporting or documentation requirements required by law or by its approved accounting/tax procedures. Tax treatment is not guaranteed by these Terms and may change when required by law or professional advice.

11. Privacy and confidentiality

The Partner portal is designed to expose only information reasonably needed to operate the Program. Partners do not receive referred customers' private SaathKaam workspace content. The Partner must protect any Program information received and must not attempt to access customer data or restricted administrative information.

12. No guaranteed earnings

Participation does not guarantee referrals, conversions, commission, payout amounts or any minimum income. Results depend on eligible customer activity and continued compliance with these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

SaathKaam may suspend or terminate Program access for material breach, suspected fraud or abuse, legal/compliance risk, non-cooperation with required verification, or discontinuation of the Program. Where appropriate, accrued eligible amounts remain subject to verification, holds, reversals and applicable law.

14. Program changes

SaathKaam may update Program rules, rates, thresholds, eligibility or these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be reflected in a new Terms version or communicated through the Partner surface as appropriate. Continued participation after the effective date of an updated version may require acceptance of the new version.

15. Relationship

The Partner participates as an independent participant and not as an employee, franchisee, joint venturer or legal agent of SaathKaam. The Partner has no authority to bind SaathKaam.

16. Governing product/legal framework

These Partner Terms operate together with the SaathKaam Terms, Privacy Notice and other applicable policies. Mandatory rights and obligations under Indian law continue to apply. Any final production activation of the Partner Program remains subject to SaathKaam's required legal, tax, compliance and provider approvals.

17. Contact

Questions about the Partner Program may be sent through the SaathKaam Support page.

Release-control note: this document is the product's versioned Partner Terms implementation. Production Partner activation and real payouts must still satisfy the separate legal/CA/tax/provider/Founder release gates before being enabled.
