SaathKaam is a product of CreatorGraph AI and is developed and operated by CreatorGraph AI. This page describes the data used by the current digital service.

Account and authentication information

SaathKaam processes your email address, Firebase user ID, sign-in and email-verification state, account security state and information needed for account recovery or deletion.

Product and work data you provide

  • Client reference labels and optional contact/work context.
  • Open-loop titles, responsibility, dates, reminders, progress notes, outcomes and completed history.
  • Optional amount references for your own client payment follow-up; SaathKaam does not collect that client payment.
  • Support messages and account-deletion requests you choose to send.

Firebase and backend services

SaathKaam uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting and App Check to authenticate accounts, store and synchronize product data, operate trusted workflows, reduce abuse and serve the Web application. Production Android App Check uses Play Integrity; production Web uses the configured reCAPTCHA score integration.

Cashfree billing data

For a Web purchase, SaathKaam may pass Cashfree the verified account email, billing name and phone, selected plan, amount, currency, order/reference and return URL. SaathKaam stores provider references, verified payment/refund facts and access periods needed for entitlement, support, reconciliation, fraud prevention and financial records.

SaathKaam does not store your full card number, bank password, UPI PIN, CVV or OTP. Those payment credentials are entered into and handled by Cashfree or the relevant bank/payment network.

Analytics and diagnostics

When enabled with the applicable configuration and consent, SaathKaam records privacy-safe public/app interactions, acquisition parameters, general feature use, conversion outcomes, crash information and technical diagnostics. Client names, notes, open-loop text, exact client-payment references, payment credentials and raw provider payloads are excluded from analytics event payloads.

Partner and advertising attribution

Partner referral attribution and consent-bound marketing attribution are stored separately. Referral identifiers, campaign parameters and supported click identifiers may be processed to attribute an eligible signup or verified purchase, prevent duplicate credit and reconcile aggregate reporting.

Retention, export and deletion

You can export user-created information and request account/cloud-data deletion from the app. Limited billing, refund, tax, security, audit and dispute records may be retained where required. Account deletion does not itself cancel or refund a payment.
