Include your platform, the approximate time, the screen involved and a short description. Never send your password, OTP, PIN, CVV, full payment credentials or client-confidential notes.
Web payment verification
Return to Settings → Access and Web subscription and choose Check again. A browser return is not authoritative; access changes only after trusted Cashfree verification or provider reconciliation. Current monthly and annual Payment Gateway purchases are one-time access purchases renewed manually.
Password or verification email
Use Account and recovery to resend verification, refresh status, change email or request a password reset. Firebase Auth email is separate from SaathKaam transactional notification delivery.
