The applicable tier is determined by qualifying active paid referrals under the current program rules. A referral does not qualify merely because someone clicks a link, signs up, starts a trial or authorizes a payment mandate.

When a referral can qualify

  • The customer must be genuinely new to SaathKaam.
  • Self-referrals and existing customers do not qualify.
  • The referral link attribution must be valid.
  • The first qualifying paid access purchase must be verified by SaathKaam's trusted backend.

How commission becomes payable

  • Standard commission applies for the first 12 months of each qualifying referred customer.
  • Commission can be held while payments settle and may be adjusted for refunds or reversals.
  • The standard payout threshold is ₹1,000 of eligible commission.
  • Initial payouts are reviewed and approved manually by authorized SaathKaam Admin/Finance roles.

Timing, in plain language

A referral link or code may attribute a genuinely new customer for up to 30 days. If more than one eligible Partner touch exists before account creation, the last eligible touch wins. SaathKaam locks that attribution once at account creation; it is not silently reassigned. Existing customers and self-referrals are excluded. The customer's first qualifying paid access purchase generally needs to occur within 90 days of account creation for Partner conversion credit.

Commission applies during the first 12 calendar months of a qualifying referred customer. A verified commission moves through HELD → AVAILABLE → PAID. Verified refunds create visible reversal entries. If a refund happens after payout, the historical payout remains unchanged and the adjustment is recovered from future eligible earnings.

No guaranteed earnings. Commission depends on genuine eligible referrals, verified paid access purchases, continued compliance and the current Partner Terms. SaathKaam may review suspicious or abusive referrals and may withhold or reverse commission where permitted by the Terms.
